New AppInsights dashboard for Reseller managers

The AppInsights dashboard added for Resellers in release 738 is now available for the Reseller Manager role. Reseller Managers can view key sales and fulfillment metrics without marketplace admin access. The dashboards help track order volume, order value, quotes, and subscription health for managed accounts. This change is view-only and follows existing data-access permissions.

With these dashboards, it becomes easier to monitor pipeline and fulfillment trends directly from AppInsights.
